This two-day course addresses supervisory issues on a
disaster relief operation through a simulation. Participants
will be Red Cross employees and volunteers with no prior
supervisory experience who will supervise staff on disaster
relief operations.
Prerequisites:
The basic or intermediate course for the group/activity
in which the applicant expects to become a supervisor,
and experience as a worker in the group/activity in which
the applicant expects to become a supervisor.
